Dogs from Madison County Puppy Mill
released to normal lives
Nearly 300 dogs were rescued March 3, 2016, from a puppy mill near Wesley, in Madison County AR. See Madison County Record articles from May 9, 2016, and June 28, 2016, and this Channel 5 coverage about the exposure of this puppy mill.
Joyce Johnson, the defendant in this case, is facing 27 felony counts and 150 misdemeanor counts of cruelty to animals. She is schedule to appear again on Feb. 14, 2017, in the Madison County Circuit Court, Huntsville AR.
